TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES GENERALES DE NUESTROS SERVICIOS

  1. APLICACIÓN Y ACEPTACION
    Estas condiciones de reserva se aplican a todas las reservas de itinerarios realizadas con WPeru-Travel, Waykis Peru Tour Operator S.R.L. Estamos registrados en Perú con el número de empresa 20603943326. Con domicilio legal en Urb. Marcavalle F-11, Wanchaq, Cusco, Perú.
  1. ANTES DE RESERVAR
    Antes de realizar una reserva, es importante que lea nuestros términos y condiciones. En ellos se establece la relación comercial entre nosotros la cual, se constituye la base de su contrato con WPeru-Travel y se establecen sus respectivos derechos y obligaciones.
  • Elección de servicios: Le recomendamos investigar los destinos y consultar fuentes oficiales o embajadas.
  • Rol de WPeru-Travel:
    • Como proveedor principal: Usted contrata directamente con nosotros.
  • Necesidades especiales: Informe cualquier condición médica, discapacidad o requerimientos dietéticos al reservar. Cumplimos con la Ley N° 29973 para personas con discapacidad.
  • Requisitos de salud: Algunos tours exigen buena condición física debido a itinerarios exigentes.
  • Experiencias: Las actividades opcionales pueden tener políticas propias. Las no incluidas en el paquete se gestionan con terceros.
  1. RESPONSABILIDADES
    • RESPONSABILIDADES DE LA AGENCIA

La agencia se compromete a proporcionar la información correcta y actualizada sobre los destinos, itinerarios, y cualquier requerimiento de viaje (visados, vacunas, etc.).

La agencia será responsable por los errores y omisiones en la reserva y en la prestación de servicios, siempre que se notifiquen dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a la llegada al destino.

  • RESPONSABILIDADES DEL CLIENTE

El cliente es responsable de tener la documentación necesaria para viajar (pasaporte, visados, etc.) y de cumplir con las normativas de salud y seguridad de cada país.

El cliente debe informar a la agencia sobre cualquier cambio en su situación personal que pudiera afectar el viaje, así como cualquier requerimiento especial (alergias, movilidad reducida, etc.).

  1. POLITICA DE RESERVAS Y PAGOS

Reserva Inicial: Los clientes deben realizar la reserva con un mínimo de 30 días de anticipación para viajes nacionales y 60 días para viajes internacionales.

Toda reserva será solicitada formalmente vía correo electrónico o WhatsApp (a su agente de viajes) indicando los siguientes datos básicos:

  • Itinerario o servicios a contratar
  • Pasaportes de todos los viajeros
  • Categoría de Hoteles
  • Fechas confirmadas
  • Vuelos confirmados
  • Tipo de servicio
  • Restricciones alimenticias, intereses especiales o alguna observación
  • Seguro de Viaje

Las reservas se realizan con el 30% o 50%, del monto total incluido los impuestos, el pendiente debe ser pagado en efectivo directamente en nuestras  con nuestro personal encargado, o en su hotel al momento del brifing.

  • CONFIRMACIÓN DE RESERVAS:

Después de recibir los datos, nuestros ejecutivos confirmaran las reservas vía correo electrónico o Whatsapp, en un plazo máximo de 24 horas.

Los datos que enviaremos en la confirmación serán los siguientes:

  • Confirmación confidencial
  • Itinerario Final
  • Boleta de Venta Electrónica
  • Plazos de reconfirmación y/o Pago
  • Documentación, que fue proveída por los clientes para la revisión si sus datos están correctamente.

PLAZOS Y POLÍTICAS DE PAGO:

El área de Reservas emite un enlace a la dirección de su correo electrónico en la cual después de coordinar la fecha de sus servicios y detalles de sus recorridos con su asesor de viajes.

Se programa el enlace de pago que acepta Tarjetas de Crédito y Debito. Realizado el pago, el área de operaciones en conjunto con el área contable se pondrán en contacto con usted para emitir su boleta electrónica que confirma su reserva al 100%.

Las transferencias vía Western Unión no considera el impuesto por la transferencia y serán abonados a nombre del Gerente Administrativo previa coordinación con su asesor de viajes respecto al porcentaje a depositar, inmediatamente se obtenga el código de transacción, se emite su boleta electrónica que confirma su reserva al 100%.

El pago directo en caso el PENDIENTE debe de ser pagado en EFECTIVO, en caso desee realizar el pago del PENDIENTE por cualquier otro medio bancario (SISTEMA WEB – TARJETA DE CRÉDITO/DEBITO – POS- TRANSFERENCIA) tendrá un recargo del 7% que se refiere al impuesto del estado.

Para nuestros clientes y agencias emisoras que aún no tienen crédito en nuestro sistema, hemos determinado los siguientes plazos de pago:

  • Individuales (FITs) 45 días antes de la fecha de viaje.
  • Grupos 60 días antes de la fecha de viaje.
  • Reservas de última hora, 3 a 1 día antes de la fecha de viaje sujeto a verificación de disponibilidad.

FORMAS DE PAGO

WPerú-Travel da al cliente la posibilidad de pagar sus reservas desde su teléfono o computador personal. Los métodos de pago pueden ser los siguientes:

Link de pago, Transferencia bancaria, tarjeta de crédito, y efectivo. Las tarifas de procesamiento pueden aplicar para pagos con tarjeta.

LINK DE PAGO

Contamos con un sistema de Pago Seguro que acepta todas las tarjetas del mundo, el cual se le enviara un Link de Pago previo acuerdo con su agente encargado de ventas.

Un encargado de WPerú-Travel genera el link con el valor total a pagar aplicando una comisión del 6%.

El cliente puede verificar el valor antes de realizar el pago.

TRANSFERENCIA BANCARIA:

WPerú-Travel da al cliente la posibilidad de pagar sus reservas mediante el banco de su preferencia porque tenemos convenio con todos los bancos del mundo.

  1. POLÍTICA DE MENORES DE EDAD

Los menores de edad pueden viajar con sus 02 Padres sin necesidad de alguna carta notarial o poder, si es necesario toda la documentación correspondiente Pasaportes, etc , sin embargo ES OBLIGATORIO CONTAR CON LA CARTA PODER Y NOTARIAL si solamente esta viajando con uno de sus padres o apoderados.
Las tarifas serian la siguiente:

  • Niños de 0 a 2 años: No pagan
  • Niños de 2 a 5 años: Pagan 50% de la tarifa Adulto
  • Niños de 6 a 11 años: Pagan 85% de la Tarifa Adulto
  • Mayores de 12 años: Pagan como adulto
  1. POLÍTICA FECHAS ESPECIALES:

En algunos casos la tarifa podría sufrir alteraciones debido a eventos especiales, por lo cual sugerimos consultar posibles incrementos (costos extras) o modificaciones (servicios) en las siguientes fechas especiales:

  • Inti Raymi (24 de junio)
  • Fiestas Patrias (28 de Julio)
  • Navidad (24 y 25 de diciembre)
  • Año Nuevo (31 de diciembre y 1 de Enero)
  • Eventos Especiales en diferentes regiones previa consulta de fechas.
  1. POLITICA DE CANCELACIONES O ANULACIONES:
    • CANCELACION POR PARTE DEL CLIENTE

Su solicitud de cancelación antes de los 90 días de viajar le permite obtener el monto depositado descontando el porcentaje de la transacción, dicho deposito será reembolsado vía Western Union a nombre de la persona que realizo la reserva, sin responsabilidad de asumir el impuesto por la transferencia bancarias de recepción y envió de dinero.

Su solicitud de cancelación a los 90 a 45 días de viajar le permite obtener el 50% del monto depositado, dicho deposito será reembolsado vía Western Union a nombre de la persona que realizo la reserva, sin responsabilidad de asumir el impuesto por la Transferencia.

Su solicitud de cancelación a los 45 días o menos de viajar no le permite obtener ningún tipo de reembolso.

Los cambios de fechas aplican hasta antes de cumplir los 45 días de viajar, previo análisis del área de Reservas.

La empresa no se hace responsable por perdida de objetos olvidados por los pasajeros, Se recomienda revisar sus pertenencias antes de finalizar cada tour.

Para reservas (FITs)

90 días antes: 100% Sin penalidad, solo impuestos

45 días a más: 50% del total

Menos de 45 días: No habrá Reembolso

  • CANCELACION POR PARTE DE LA EMPRESA

La agencia se reserva el derecho de cancelar el viaje por razones de fuerza mayor (Epidemias Mundiales, Desastres Naturales, conflictos políticos, etc.), en cuyo caso se ofrecerá un reembolso completo o la opción de reprogramar el viaje sin penalización.

  • PENALIZACION

Cualquier modificación en la reserva (cambio de fechas, itinerario, nombre del pasajero, etc.) deberá ser comunicada con al menos 15 días de antelación y podrá estar sujeta a una penalidad de $70 por pasajero.

En caso de no presentarse (no-show) en la fecha de inicio del viaje, el cliente perderá el total del monto pagado.

  1. DURANTE SU VIAJE
  • Responsabilidades:
    • Garantizamos los servicios contratados con estándares razonables.
    • No nos hacemos responsables de actos de terceros o eventos imprevisibles (ej.: desastres naturales).
  • Quejas: Reporte cualquier problema inmediatamente a nuestro equipo local o al oficial de guardia.
  • Comportamiento: Podemos cancelar servicios sin reembolso si su conducta afecta a otros viajeros.
  1. DESPUÉS DEL VIAJE
  • Quejas no resueltas: Envíe un reclamo por escrito en 28 días a info@wperu-travel.com
  1. POLITICA DE PRIVACIDAD

A través del presente AVISO DE PRIVACIDAD, Waykis Peru Tour Operator S.R.L //WPeru-Travel en adelante “la empresa” persona jurídica constituida con nro de RUC 20603943326, con domicilio en Urb. Marcavalle F-11, Wanchaq, Cusco – Peru, informa que será el responsable del tratamiento de sus datos personales, por lo que se informa a las personas naturales a quienes corresponden los datos personales, en adelante “el titular”, que el presente aviso de privacidad es aplicable para cualquier relación, ya sea comercial o laboral, con la empresa, por lo que entenderemos que si existe alguna de las relaciones antes mencionadas, usted la acepta y se compromete a obligarse a su cumplimiento.

Para la empresa la seguridad del titular es nuestra prioridad, por lo que protegemos sus datos personales mediante el uso, aplicación y mantenimiento de altas medidas de seguridad técnicas, físicas y administrativas, teniendo el titular la certeza que sus datos personales estarán protegidos y serán tratados de manera confidencial. Les informamos que el RESPONSABLE de recabar y dar tratamiento y/o utilizar los datos personales que el titular proporcione es la empresa, así como sus subsidiarias, asociadas, sociedades controladoras y afiliadas.

  • FINALIDADES DEL TRATAMIENTO DE SUS DATOS PERSONALES.

Los datos personales que la empresa recabe serán utilizados para atender las siguientes finalidades:

La personalización de los documentos respecto de los servicios adquiridos o bien de cualquier relación laboral, para el debido registro como prospecto, cliente, candidato o empleado de la Empresa, con el objetivo de identificarlo y ponernos en contacto con el titular.

Para integrar expedientes, bases de datos y sistemas necesarios para llevar a cabo cualquier relación comercial o laboral con la empresa, de los cuales se mencionan de forma enunciativa mas no limitativa, los siguientes: envió de cotizaciones sobre los servicios solicitados; Proveer información de los servicios se comercializan, realizar reservas de viajes, boletos de avión, medios de transporte, hoteles y hospedaje en general, a su nombre y el de los terceros que titular indique, realizar trámites de visa, permisos y autorizaciones a nombre del titular, según se requiera, gestionar y dar seguimiento a sus cotizaciones, reservaciones y/o compra de viajes y eventos; Informar acerca de los cambios respecto de los servicios proporcionados por la empresa; Seguimiento con el titular caso de cualquier duda, aclaración o rectificación, mantener actualizados nuestros registros, emitir documentos de viaje; gestionar cualquier cambio, cancelación o reembolso que resulte procedente; procesar pagos y en su caso, aclaraciones sobre los mismos, realizar gestiones de facturación en términos de la normatividad aplicable, realizar investigaciones internas y cumplir con políticas y procesos internos, identificar y prevenir posibles conductas ilícitas que pudieran significar una violación de las disposiciones legales vigentes, dar atención a solicitudes de información, quejas o reclamaciones; dar cumplimiento a las obligaciones derivadas de la relación jurídica con el titular; y dar cumplimiento a los requerimientos de autoridades competentes en los casos legalmente previstos.

De manera adicional, se podrán utilizar sus datos personales para las siguientes finalidades secundarias: Mercadotecnia, publicidad y prospección comercial, oferta de productos y servicios propios de la empresa o de cualquiera de sus afiliadas, subsidiarias, sociedades controladoras, asociadas, comisionistas o sociedades, enviar promociones de otros bienes, servicios y/o productos.

  1. ACEPTACION DE TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES

Con la realización de la reserva, el cliente acepta todas las condiciones aquí estipuladas. Se recomienda leer cuidadosamente todos los términos y condiciones antes de proceder con la compra.

Estas políticas deben ser comunicadas claramente a los clientes al momento de la reserva y estar disponibles en el sitio web de la agencia para asegurar la transparencia y evitar malentendidos.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OUR SERVICES

  1. APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE

These booking conditions apply to all itinerary reservations made with WPeru-Travel, Waykis Peru Tour Operator S.R.L. We are registered in Peru with company number 20603943326. We have our registered office at Urb. Marcavalle F-11, Wanchaq, Cusco, Peru.

  1. BEFORE BOOKING

Before making a reservation, it is important that you read our terms and conditions. They establish the business relationship between us, which constitutes the basis of your contract with WPeru-Travel and establishes your respective rights and obligations.

  • Choice of services: We recommend that you research destinations and consult official sources or embassies.
  • Role of WPeru-Travel:

o As the main supplier: You contract directly with us.

  • Special Needs: Please inform us of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements when booking. We comply with Law No. 29973 for persons with disabilities.
  • Health Requirements: Some tours require good physical condition due to demanding itineraries.
  • Experiences: Optional activities may have their own policies. Those not included in the package are arranged through third parties.
  1. RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 AGENCY RESPONSIBILITIES

The agency undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding destinations, itineraries, and any travel requirements (visas, vaccinations, etc.).

The agency will be responsible for errors and omissions in the reservation and provision of services, provided that they are reported within 24 hours of arrival at the destination.

3.2 CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The client is responsible for having the necessary travel documentation (passport, visas, etc.) and for complying with the health and safety regulations of each country.

The client must inform the agency of any changes in their personal circumstances that may affect the trip, as well as any special requirements (allergies, reduced mobility, etc.).

  1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT POLICY

Initial Reservation: Clients must make their reservation at least 30 days in advance for domestic travel and 60 days for international travel.

All reservations must be formally requested via email or WhatsApp (to your travel agent), indicating the following basic information:

  • Itinerary or services to be booked
  • Passports of all travelers
  • Hotel Category
  • Confirmed dates
  • Confirmed flights
  • Type of service
  • Dietary restrictions, special interests, or any other comments
  • Travel Insurance

Reservations are made with a 30% or 50% deposit of the total amount, including taxes. The remaining amount must be paid in cash directly to our staff or at your hotel at the time of the briefing.

4.1 RESERVATION CONFIRMATION:

After receiving the information, our executives will confirm the reservation via email or WhatsApp within a maximum of 24 hours.

The information we will send in the confirmation will be the following:

  • Confidential confirmation
  • Final Itinerary
  • Electronic Sales Receipt
  • Reconfirmation and/or Payment deadlines
  • Documentation provided by the client for review to ensure their information is correct.

4.2 PAYMENT DEADLINES AND POLICIES:

The Reservations department will send a link to your email address, which you can use after coordinating the date of your services and tour details with your travel advisor.

The payment link that accepts credit and debit cards is programmed. Once payment is made, the operations department, together with the accounting department, will contact you to issue your electronic receipt, confirming your reservation 100%.

Western Union transfers do not include the transfer tax and will be credited to the Administrative Manager. Prior coordination with your travel advisor regarding the deposit percentage will be required. As soon as the transaction code is obtained, your electronic receipt will be issued, confirming your reservation 100%.

Direct payment for the PENDING DUE must be paid in CASH. If you wish to pay the PENDING DUE through any other banking method (WEB SYSTEM – CREDIT/DEBIT CARD – POST-TRANSFER), there will be a 7% surcharge, which refers to the state tax.

For our clients and issuing agencies who do not yet have credit in our system, we have established the following payment terms:

  • Individuals (FITs): 45 days before the travel date.
  • Groups: 60 days before the travel date.
  • Last-minute reservations: 3 to 1 day before the travel date, subject to availability.

4.3 PAYMENT METHODS

WPerú-Travel offers clients the option to pay for their reservations from their phone or personal computer. Payment methods include:

Payment link, bank transfer, credit card, and cash. Processing fees may apply for card payments.

PAYMENT LINK

We have a secure payment system that accepts all major credit cards worldwide. A payment link will be sent to you upon agreement with your sales representative.

A WPerú-Travel representative will generate the link with the total amount due, applying a 6% commission.

Clients can verify the amount before making payment.

WPerú-Travel offers clients the option to pay for their reservations through the bank of their choice because we have agreements with all major banks worldwide.

  1. POLICY FOR MINORS

Minors may travel with their two parents without the need for a notarized letter or power of attorney. All corresponding documentation (passports, etc.) is required. However, it is mandatory to have a power of attorney and notarial certification if traveling with only one parent or guardian.

The rates are as follows:

  • Children 0-2 years old: Free
  • Children 2-5 years old: Pay 50% of the adult rate
  • Children 6-11 years old: Pay 85% of the adult rate
  • Children 12 and older: Pay as adults
  1. SPECIAL DATES POLICY:

In some cases, rates may be subject to changes due to special events. Therefore, we suggest inquiring about possible increases (extra costs) or modifications (services) on the following special dates:

  • Inti Raymi (June 24)
  • Fiestas Patrias (July 28)
  • Christmas (December 24 and 25)
  • New Year’s Day (December 31 and January 1)
  • Special Events in different regions (dates may be requested in advance).
  1. CANCELLATION POLICY:

7.1 CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

Your cancellation request before 90 days of travel entitles you to receive the deposited amount minus the percentage of the transaction. This deposit will be refunded via Western Union in the name of the person who made the reservation. You will not be responsible for the bank transfer fees associated with receiving and sending the money.

Your cancellation request 90 to 45 days before traveling allows you to obtain 50% of the deposited amount, said deposit will be refunded via Western Union to The name of the person who made the reservation is not responsible for the transfer tax.

Your cancellation request made 45 days or less before travel does not entitle you to any refund.

Date changes apply up to 45 days before travel, subject to prior review by the Reservations department.

The company is not responsible for lost items left behind by passengers. It is recommended that you check your belongings before the end of each tour.

For reservations (FITs):

90 days prior: 100% without penalty, taxes only

45 days or more: 50% of the total

Less than 45 days: No refund

7.2 CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY

The agency reserves the right to cancel the trip for reasons of force majeure (global epidemics, natural disasters, political conflicts, etc.), in which case a full refund or the option to reschedule the trip will be offered without penalty.

7.3 PENALTY

Any changes to the reservation (change of dates, itinerary, passenger name, etc.) must be notified at least 15 days in advance and may be subject to a penalty of $70 per passenger.

In the event of a no-show on the trip start date, the client will forfeit the full amount paid.

  1. DURING YOUR TRIP
  • Responsibilities:

o We guarantee the contracted services to reasonable standards.

o We are not responsible for third-party actions or unforeseeable events (e.g., natural disasters).

  • Complaints: Report any problems immediately to our local team or the officer on duty.
  • Behavior: We may cancel services without a refund if your behavior affects other travelers.
  1. AFTER THE TRIP
  • Unresolved Complaints: Send a written complaint within 28 days to info@wperu-travel.com

Through this PRIVACY NOTICE, Waykis Peru Tour Operator S.R.L //WPeru-Travel, hereinafter “the company,” a legal entity incorporated with RUC number 20603943326, with registered address at Urb. Marcavalle F-11, Wanchaq, Cusco, Peru, informs you that it will be responsible for the processing of your personal data. Therefore, the natural persons to whom the personal data correspond, hereinafter “the owner,” are hereby informed that this privacy notice applies to any relationship, whether commercial or employment, with the company. Therefore, we understand that if any of the aforementioned relationships exists, you accept it and agree to be bound by it.

We inform you that the CONTROLLER of the collection, processing, and/or use of the personal data provided by the data subject is the company, as well as its subsidiaries, associates, parent companies, and affiliates.

10.2 PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA.

The personal data collected by the Company will be used for the following purposes:

Personalization of documents regarding services purchased or any employment relationship, for proper registration as a prospect, client, candidate, or employee of the Company, in order to identify you and contact the data subject.

To integrate files, databases, and systems necessary to carry out any commercial or employment relationship with the Company, including, but not limited to, the following: sending quotes for requested services; providing information on the services marketed; making travel reservations, airline tickets, transportation, hotels, and lodging in general, in your name and in the name of third parties indicated by the data subject; processing visas, permits, and authorizations in the data subject’s name, as required; managing and tracking your quotes, reservations, and/or purchases of travel and events; Inform about changes regarding the services provided by the company; Follow up with the owner in case of

any questions, clarifications, or corrections; keeping our records up-to-date; issuing travel documents; managing any appropriate changes, cancellations, or refunds; processing payments and, where appropriate, providing clarifications; managing billing procedures in accordance with applicable regulations; conducting internal investigations and complying with internal policies and processes; identifying and preventing potential illicit conduct that could constitute a violation of current legal provisions; responding to requests for information, complaints, or claims; fulfilling the obligations arising from the legal relationship with the data subject; and complying with the requirements of competent authorities in the cases provided for by law.

Additionally, your personal data may be used for the following secondary purposes: Marketing, advertising, and commercial prospecting; offering products and services of the company or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent companies, associates, commission agents, or companies; sending promotions for other goods, services, and/or products.

By making a reservation, the client accepts all the conditions stipulated herein. It is recommended that clients carefully read all terms and conditions before proceeding with the purchase.

These policies must be clearly communicated to clients at the time of booking and made available on the agency’s website to ensure transparency and avoid misunderstandings

RESERVATION POLICY:

All reservations must be formally requested via email or WhatsApp (to your travel agent) indicating the following basic information:

  • Itinerary or services to be booked
  • Passports of all travelers
  • Hotel Category
  • Confirmed dates
  • Confirmed flights
  • Type of service
  • Dietary restrictions, special interests, or any comments

Reservations are made with a 30% or 50% deposit of the total amount, including taxes. The remaining amount must be paid in cash directly to our staff, or at your hotel at the time of the briefing.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION:

After receiving the information, our executives will confirm reservations via email or WhatsApp within a maximum of 24 hours.

The information we will send in the confirmation will be the following:

  • Confidential confirmation
  • Final Itinerary

PAYMENT TERMS AND POLICIES:

The Reservations department will send a link to your email address. After coordinating the date of your services and tour details with your travel advisor, you will receive a link.

The payment link, which accepts credit and debit cards, will be programmed. Once payment is made, the Operations department, together with the accounting department, will contact you to issue your electronic receipt, confirming your reservation.

Western Union transfers do not include the transfer tax and will be credited to the Administrative Manager. After coordinating with your travel advisor regarding the percentage to be deposited, your electronic receipt will be issued immediately, confirming your reservation. Direct payment for PENDING DUE must be paid in CASH. If you wish to pay for the PENDING DUE through any other banking method (WEB SYSTEM – CREDIT/DEBIT CARD – POST-TRANSFER), there will be a 7% surcharge, which refers to the state tax.

For our clients and issuing agencies who do not yet have credit in our system, we have established the following payment terms:

  • Individuals (FITs): 45 days before the travel date.
  • Groups: 60 days before the travel date.
  • Last-minute reservations: 3 to 1 day before the travel date, subject to availability verification.

PAYMENT METHODS, DEPOSITS:

WPerú-Travel offers clients the option of paying for their reservations from their phone or personal computer. We have a secure payment system that accepts all major credit cards worldwide. A payment link will be sent to you upon agreement with your sales representative.

  • A WPerú-Travel representative will generate the link with the total amount due, applying a 6% commission.
  • The customer can verify the amount before making the payment.

BANK TRANSFER:

WPerú-Travel offers customers the option of paying for their reservations through the bank of their choice because we have agreements with all major banks worldwide.

MINOR POLICY

It is important to check the exact fare if traveling with more than two minors. However, generally, for one child traveling with their parents or guardians, the following applies:

  • Children 0 to 2 years old: Free
  • Children 2 to 5 years old: Pay 50% of the adult fare
  • Children 6 to 11 years old: Pay 85% of the adult fare
  • Children 12 years and older: Pay as adults

SPECIAL DATES POLICY:

In some cases, the fare may change due to special events. Therefore, we suggest inquiring about possible increases (extra costs) or modifications (services) on the following special dates:

  • Inti Raymi (June 24)
  • Fiestas Patrias (July 28)
  • Christmas (December 24 and 25)
  • New Year’s (December 31 and January 1)
  • Special Events in different regions Dates must be consulted in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Your cancellation request before 90 days of travel allows you to receive the deposited amount less the percentage of the transaction. This deposit will be refunded via Western Union in the name of the person who made the reservation, without liability for the bank transfer fees.

Your cancellation request between 90 and 45 days before travel allows you to receive 50% of the deposited amount. This deposit will be refunded via Western Union in the name of the person who made the reservation, without liability for the bank transfer fees.

Your cancellation request 45 days or less before travel does not entitle you to any refund.

Date changes are valid up to 45 days before travel, subject to prior review by the Reservations department.

In the event of an untimely accident or natural disaster that prevents the service from operating normally, the service will be canceled and considered a no-show, and you will not be eligible for any refund. The company is not responsible for lost items left behind by passengers. It is recommended that passengers check their belongings before the end of each tour.

For reservations (FITs)

  • 90 days in advance: 100% No penalty, taxes only
  • 45 days or more: 50% of the total
  • Less than 45 days: No refund
